All orders within Pakistan are routed through Call Courier. All our domestic clients will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service to confirm the order. If you fail to verify, your order will be automatically canceled after 3 days (only applicable to purchases made through Cash on Delivery method). Once the order is verified, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and will be delivered to you within 4-6 working days.
Exchange Policy
Exchange is only possible in the following cases:
Company by mistake sent the wrong size or a damaged product or any item is missing from the dress and the customer has informed within 3 days, in this case company will pick up the product from your address and will deliver the new product and the customer will not pay any extra delivery charges.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at officialhayatbyhifza@gmail.com

How can I place my order?
Once you have added all your desired items to your shopping cart, follow the below mentioned instructions:
- Click on the Cart icon and then after checking all your items & total bill click on “Proceed to Checkout”
- Enter all your required billing & shipping detail
- Choose your desired payment method and after filling in the required info click on the “Place Order” button and check your email for Order confirmation. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. After order completion, you will receive a confirmation order from our customer service in case you want to cancel the order you can ask the customer service representative to cancel the order.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping Returns

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
